Location was very good in terms of being just 3-4 blocks away from the Glico sign in Dotonbori. There's a 7-11 downstairs on the ground floor so that was very convenient. Room was tiny especially the toilet but compact with bidet. It's ok if you are just using the room mainly to sleep. Ask for high floor room. There's coin laundry facilities on 2 floors and ice machine on some floor as well. There is a hot water kettle and a small fridge.

The staff in the front desk very helpful and very accomodation specially when im Leaving in the hotelgoing back to my country they help Me to book a car.. so kuddos and thank you Mr. I dont know what is your name hes nice and very helful✨⭐️

The location is very perfect to enjoy enough Dotonbori river every single day. And room was clean, daily cleaning is optional but you can ask it without extra charge. 24 hours convinient store is just nearby

My son fell sick on our last day in Japan. The staff at the hotel helped calling the ambulance and let us stayed on until we had to depart for the airport. Their kindness and support will always be remembered
