Location was very good in terms of being just 3-4 blocks away from the Glico sign in Dotonbori. There's a 7-11 downstairs on the ground floor so that was very convenient. Room was tiny especially the toilet but compact with bidet. It's ok if you are just using the room mainly to sleep. Ask for high floor room. There's coin laundry facilities on 2 floors and ice machine on some floor as well. There is a hot water kettle and a small fridge.

Close to main attraction (e.g. Dotonbori), stores, restaurants, and train stations. Comfortable and clean. They have a 7eleven downstairs with an ATM machine. Kind and respectful staff.

The location is very perfect to enjoy enough Dotonbori river every single day. And room was clean, daily cleaning is optional but you can ask it without extra charge. 24 hours convinient store is just nearby

Location and Breakfast. Location was ideal, it was in the middle of everything. Breakfast was good altho the selection was less compared to our visit back in 2018.

My son fell sick on our last day in Japan. The staff at the hotel helped calling the ambulance and let us stayed on until we had to depart for the airport. Their kindness and support will always be remembered
